RUNWAY WORKS: Advised from Adrian Bannister | Manager – Airport Operations
Night RWY survey works have been canceled this week due to weather. We have rescheduled these survey works to Mon-Wed nights inclusive next week and will review NOTAM to reflect accordingly.
This week we say farewell to Club Director Gareth Williamson as he finishes his work up here at the airport and relocates back to New Zealand. Thank you, Gareth for all your assistance with marketing and events, and for giving us all an insight into the development and news of the airport. Thank you for your time given to the Aero Club over the past year or so. We wish you all the best with your move to New Zealand.
A great picture of Gareth enjoying the flight simulator last week. While we have this crazy winter weather here on the coast at the moment its a great chance to come and try out and experience the Flight Simulator. $99.00 for your first check out with John and then only $20 per hour for club flying members to use flying solo.
