| | | 2021-2022 Financial Statements and Audit Report Summary RAAus is pleased to present members with our audited financial statements for the 2021-2022 financial year. RAAus posted a comprehensive surplus of $564,875 for the full year. It should be noted however that this was assisted by the revaluation of the RAAus owned property in Fyshwick ACT, which saw an increase in value by $639,886 since its last valuation in 2019. The underlying result was ($75,011), which pleasingly, was still ahead of the budget. Excluding the building revaluation, revenue of $3,018,831 was recorded during the year which was up 9.4% from the previous year. Expenditure of $3,093,842 was recorded, which was an increase by of 7.9% but ahead of budgeted due to management’s focus on cost containment post-COVID-19 lockdowns in 2021. |
